Mr.
K tells them your beliefs are your own, find your own walk and path.
·
Knox
goes to a party to talk to a girl he likes and ends up drinking because she is
dancing with her boyfriend.
·
Knox
kisses the girl he likes on the forehead while she is sleeping and he boyfriend
finds out and gives him a bloody nose.
·
Some
of the boys bring girls to the DPS meeting.
·
The
kids must stand as the school board walks into a meeting and then they sit when
they are told.
·
One
of the boys posted an article saying that they should have girls at Welton.
·
The
principal Spanks Knox and wants to know all about the dead poet’s society.
·
The
Principal talks to Mr. Keating about his teaching methods.
·
Neil’s
father comes to school to reprimand him when he found out he forged a latter so
he could be a part of the play. Even though he has straight A’s.
·
His
father makes him quit the play.
·
Neil
goes to Mr. K and tells him that his father made him quit the play. His father
is planning the rest of his life without asking him.
·
Knox
tries to go give flowers to Kris and apologized to her for kissing her and read
her a poem he wrote.
·
Neil
talked to his father about acting and he wasn’t happy but he can still be in
the play.
·
Kris
comes to Knox’s school to tell him that she doesn’t care about him and that her
boyfriend is going to hurt him. He gets her to stay with him and go to the
play.
·
Neil’s
dad shows up to his play and takes Neil. Then tells Mr. Keating to stay away
from his son.
·
Neil’s
dad tells him he is withdrawing him from Welton and putting him into a military
school and that he will go to Harvard to be a Doctor.
·
Neil
goes and gets his dads gun and kills himself.
·
Meeks
tells the school board about the meetings and says everything is Mr. Keating’s
fault.
·
The
school has a statement saying that everything was Mr. Keating’s fault. That he
encouraged the DPS meetings and encouraged Neil to pursue acting against his parents’
wishes and makes the kids sign it.
·
The
principal is teaching English class and when Mr. Keating comes in to get his
things one boy tells Mr. Keating that they made them sign the statement.
