• He goes to teach computer science and the school has no funding for computers, so he teaches Math 1A
• The class is over sized, some kids have to stand.
• They don't listen to him, just chat with each other.
• He comes to class with an apron on and cuts an apple in half with a knife to show fractions of the apple

• He talks to a students father about her staying in school. she wants medical school and her dad wants her to quit school and work at his restaurant. He ends up letting her go back to school.
• He wants to teach calculus. The teachers all fight him on it. He has the kids take summer school so they are ready next year to learn calculus.
